Instructing the kitchen to add or remove products from the order is made
simple. The system will prompt the most common modifications to orders
(well/medium/rare, choice of vegetables, etc). These modifications can have an
additional price if required. By ensuring that these items are paid for, lost
revenue is a thing of the past. If the customer wants something not listed in
the system, with Maître'D you can type in a special request to the kitchen
from the terminal.
If you have a limited number of certain menu items, for example lobster, you can automatically see
on the screen how many are available. The running quantity decreases in real
time when the item is sold, providing up to the minute information.
Each terminal can have multiple functions. Since system functionality is
determined by the employee configuration, you can, for example, use a dining
